Jay Grannis, CPA is the Managing Director of the firm and has been active in public accounting since 1982. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing and individual income tax preparation and planning. Jay also works with not-for-profit organizations as it relates to auditing and tax issues.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Janet G. Pope, CPA attended Middle Tennessee State University (Murfreesboro, TN) and graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1995. She has worked in public accounting since 1995. She has experience in not-for-profit, retail, and real estate industries. Her primary responsibilities include tax planning; preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns; and preparation and review of compiled, and reviewed financial statements.

William O. Dix, Jr. CPA, CVA graduated with a B.B.A. in accounting from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN in 1998. His professional experience includes a heavy concentration of auditing both not-for-profit organizations and various for-profit industries including closely held & family businesses, manufacturing, sales and service firms, and construction. Additionally William’s broad background encompasses taxation as it relates to corporations, partnerships, and not-for-profit organizations. He is also our computer network administrator.  William is also certified by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts to perform business valuations and related consulting.

Phillip L. Earles, CPA has been active in public accounting since 1983. His broad experience includes individual, estates and trusts, business income tax preparation and planning, auditing, and accounting for a wide range of individuals and businesses. Certified in both Tennessee and Kentucky, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tim Holmes, CPA graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1985 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. Tim works closely with individual and small business tax clients. Tim leads the firm's audit practice of employee benefit plans and has experience in audits, reviews and compilations of not-for-profit and various industries. His memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Tim was a past appointee to the TSCPA's Committee on Governmental Units and Not-For-Profit Entities and has served as a board member in local organizations.
