Jay Grannis, CPA is the Managing Director of the firm and has been active in public accounting since 1982. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing and individual income tax preparation and planning. Jay also works with not-for-profit organizations as it relates to auditing and tax issues.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Janet G. Pope, CPA attended Middle Tennessee State University (Murfreesboro, TN) and graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1995. She has worked in public accounting since 1995. She has experience in not-for-profit, retail, and real estate industries. Her primary responsibilities include tax planning; preparation and review of corporate and partnership tax returns; and preparation and review of compiled, and reviewed financial statements.

William O. Dix, Jr., CPA graduated with a B.B.A. in accounting from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN in 1998. His professional experience includes a heavy concentration of auditing both not-for-profit organizations and various for-profit industries including closely held & family businesses, manufacturing, sales and service firms, and construction. Additionally William’s broad background encompasses taxation as it relates to corporations, partnerships, and not-for-profit organizations. He is also our computer network administrator.

Lisa J. Hethorn attended Trevecca Nazarene University (Nashville, TN) on softball and academic scholarships, graduating with a B.S. in accounting in 2004. Upon graduation, she has worked in Middle Tennessee serving various industries of public accounting primarily in audit. Her professional experience includes tax preparation of partnerships, corporations, and not-for-profit organizations.

Phillip L. Earles, CPA has been active in public accounting since 1985. Ralph H. Turley, III, CPA has a B.S. from the University of Tennessee Liberal Arts and received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Alaska in 1970. Ralph is a member of the AICPA and the TSCPA. He is active in community civic and charitable organizations. His areas of concentration include individual and business financial planning, estate and gift tax planning, tax preparation, and small business consulting.
